I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. As a keynote speaker, I inspire my audience to recognize their inner genius and give them practical tips on how to unleash that genius to bring more meaning and success to their lives.

I am frequently invited to speak on the Art of Mentoring, on Leaving a Legacy and on Entrepreneurship. I have had the privilege to share my insights and stories from my life’s journey from a small town in India to Silicon Valley in the USA, with groups of High School Students, College Students, Working Professionals, Early-Stage Entrepreneurs, CEOs as well as Baby Boomer Executives.

Delivering Change Forum, an international conference in India invites the world’s biggest change-makers that have bought a revolution in the field of business, governance, art and technology. It had over 900 invited attendees from all over the world and 25 notable speakers. Keynote on “Accelerating Innovation and Creating Value at Bottom of Pyramid” at National Entrepreneurship Week, Mexico City, Mexico, Oct 7-9 2015
This is the largest annual conference on entrepreneurship in Mexico City, and Ravi was invited by the iLab Incubator and Government of Mexico. Over 200,000 visitors are estimated to walk through this expo. Ravi addressed the Directors of Innovation from governments of Mexico and 16 other Central American Countries.

Plenary talk at Secretary Clinton’s 2nd Global Diaspora Forum in Washington DC, July 25-26, 2012
Ravi was invited by former United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to speak about the power of diaspora mentoring, connecting over 60 million immigrants from all over the world (Ravi calls them as Alumni of their respective countries), with aspiring students, professionals and entrepreneurs in their home countries. Ravi was also featured in a Forbes India interview at this conference.

Keynote at Igniting the Genius Within, ISB Hyderabad India, Oct 23-24 2008
This was the first international conference on ‘Igniting the Genius Within’ under the leadership of Dr. Prasad Kaipa, a world-class Executive Coach and Author of “From Smart to Wise.” Ravi delivered the opening remarks and was followed by Prof. Sudershan Acharya, Founder of LeadIndia 2020, 2nd national movement.
