About Me

May 25, 2016

I am passionate about helping people achieve their true potential. Whether they are employees in a company or first-time entrepreneurs or career professionals or students – I want to help them make the right connections and learn new skills to accomplish more and grow in their career. MentorCloud, the company I founded is focused on doing exactly that – helping people find, connect and learn from the right mentors & subject-matter experts from anywhere in the world. My vision is to help 100 million aspiring individuals by 2020.

My work has been featured in HBR Blog, Forbes, Forbes India, The Hindu, Knowledge@Wharton, Store Brands, DZone and more. I have also spoken at the 8th World Demographic Forum in Switzerland, about peer-to-peer learning & mentoring and how it can help to grow future business leaders. I was also a plenary speaker in Washington DC at the invitation of former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

I have experience managing multi-million dollar projects for clients such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Raytheon, Hitachi Global Storage, Cypress.

I have personally mentored over 150 individuals and each one shaped me to be a better person. One experience that inspires me everyday is a visually-challenged student I have been mentoring since 2008, who recently graduated from MIT Sloan and now runs two social ventures in India. He taught me the difference between sight and vision.

I love meeting people with big ideas and bold ambitions. I enjoy giving keynotes and being on panels, on topics related to learning, career development and achieving success in life.
